Job Description:

As a member of the Product Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering product user documentation. You will be part of a global team involved in bringing new products to market in a challenging and fast paced environment, working with cutting edge technology to manage Smartphone devices, in a work environment that promotes innovation and improvement.


Job Requiremets:

• University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related technical/communications field
• Minimum of 4-6 years related experience in technical writing or Advanced University degree and 2-4 years related experience
• 4+ years writing and delivering product-related information (user, installation, configuration guides, API documentation) for a variety of audiences
• Writing samples required
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in authoring tools, including Adobe Framemaker, WebWorks Publisher, Adobe Acrobat. Experience with graphics tools in screen capture, simple diagram creation and graphics modifications.
• Knowledge of information development best practices
• Detail-oriented and ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly
