维修工程师

Position Purpose职位设置目的:

协助主管和经理完成以下工作：
•Support activity of the repair & reconditioning works carried out in the workshop.
协助维修和翻新工作在工厂顺利开展。
•Plan, monitor & assure all machineries in good condition in the workshop.
计划、监控并确保所有设备的有效利用。
•Carry out assigned projects independently.
独立完成所指定的项目工作。

General Areas of Responsibilities主要工作职责:

•Maintain & up-keep the good condition of all machineries in workshop.
有效开展设备的正常维护。
•Solve all kinds of malfunction of facilities during production.
排除生产过程中出现的设备故障。
•Maintain well power supply in workshop and office area.
管理办公和生产区域的动力和照明用电
•Provide report of cost of electric consumption and spare parts. Improve power utility.
关注每月电力消耗，改进提高用电效率。
•Maintain & up-keep the good condition of all machineries in workshop.
有效开展设备的正常维护。
•Assist to fabricate production fixtures and aux. tools.
协助制作生产用工装夹具和辅助工具
•Make sure all measure instruments and equipments are properly calibrated.
机床定期校验，测量工具校验
•Provide report of cost of electric consumption and spare parts. Improve power utility.
关注每月备件消耗。

Specific Areas of Responsibilities具体工作职责:
•Figure maintenance plan and carry it out strictly.
制度设备维护计划并严格执行。
•Define maintenance items and frequency according to actual condition of different facilities.
制定设备维护内容和频率。
•Ensure economic store of spare parts and consumables and set proper safety stock.
制定设备维护备件和消耗品，设定安全库存。
•Participate in workshop recondition production with designated task.
参与工厂生产，执行所指定的除以上规定的职能以外的翻新任务。
Learning Opportunities in the Position培训机会:

Specific Requirements for the Position具体任职要求:
•Technical secondary school Diploma or above, electrician certificate issued, over 3 years experience.
中专或以上学历，持有电工证，5年以上工作经验。
•Be familiar with MITSUBISHI, SIMENS PLC program, being aware of CNC system of SIMENS, FANUC and REXROTH PLC is preferred.
懂PLC(叁菱、西门子)编程，懂SIMENS和FANUC机床系统。
•Be familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic principle and can analyze malfunction with drawing.
懂液压气动驱动原理，能够独立分析液压气动图。
•Be aware of properties of mechanical transmission and metal, be able to assemble parts according to reassembling drawing.
对机械传动和金属特性有一定的了解，能够看懂机械装配图
