说宝堂开发帮助中国英语学习者练习英语口语的软件和课程。 从2005年起，我们一直致力于开发具有顶尖语音识别技术和革新互动课程软件去帮助用户练习说英文。我们的说宝堂播放器和与顶尖的培训学校和教材出版社合作开发的课程一起在中国被广泛使用。我们目前正在寻找才华横溢的语言学工程师来帮助我们加强研发队伍并开发下一代产品。 成功的应聘人士应该具有扎实的学术功底，优秀的职业品格，勤勉的作风并在创建具有革命性语音系统方面表现出创新能力。我们希望积极并且热情的同道中人,不论是初涉还是资深人士,加入我们的团队.工作描述：作为核心技术团队的一员，您需做到以下几项工作：从语言专家的角度来指引技术开发：与语音工程师一起使用与改进语音分析算法以用于语言和语音的评价和评分。为技术开发收集处理与管理语言数据：录制，注解，验证从各种不同的渠道得到的录音记录与文章。设计与实施评估实验。管理内部与外部的提供者及合作者。指导课程开发团队使用先进的技术以促进语言习得任职要求：语言学硕士/博士学历，或在相关领域拥有重大学术成就。拥有丰富的英文与中文知识在以下各项领域中至少具备一项专业技能语音学第二语言习得语言测试与评估编程能力，脚本语言编程技术,如Perl或者Python尤佳。熟悉语音技术方面优先拥有项目管理能力者优先有英语教学经验者优先Saybot develops software technology and curricula for practicing spoken English targeted at Chinese learners. Since 2005, we have been building software which features state-of-the-art speech technologies and innovative interactive lessons to help users practice speaking English. Our Saybot Player is widely used in China with curriculum designed with top training schools and textbook publishers.We are currently looking for a talented linguist to join our multi-national R&D team, currently developing next generation technology and products for language assessment and learning. We seek a motivated, creative and enthusiastic colleague, at senior or junior level.Job description:As a member of the core technology team, you will:Guide technology developments from a language expert point of view: work with speech engineers on the way to use and improve speech analysis algorithms for speech and language assessment and scoring.Collect, process and manage linguistic data for technology developments: transcribe, annotate and validate recordings and text from various sources. Design and conduct evaluation experiments.
