Tech Solution Professional - SOA & ProPlat Sol (Contingent Staff i-)

工作职责(Job responsibility)：
- Proactively drives a minimum number of Pilots/Proof of Concepts, LOB Design Wins and/or customer touches in visible, medium risk situations
- Independently contributes to positive increase in customer/partner satisfaction ratings within EAI solution
- Work with sales to develop technical engagement plan for Biz Application & Integration Workload.
- Deliver L300-L400 technical on-site briefing
- Build up product/Solution demo VM on various level for field ATS/SS
- Works with management only when necessary to resolve critical issues
- Engage in Pipeline review with manager to regularly assess and prioritize engagement plan.
- Develop Opportunity hand-off strategy with Partners
- Work with sales to develop technical engagement plan for SOA and BPM solution.
- Understands moderately complex customer requirements related to SOA and BPM solution expertise.
- Understands account teams' strategy and objectives. Often participates in individual/team projects to support business goals and initiatives
- Participates in, provides input to, and presents local Technical Readiness and Sales Readiness Initiatives
- Demonstrates the ability to develop strategy and objectives and develops/implements tactics consistent with the strategy.
- Demonstrate competitive knowledge of SOA and BPM solution.

Functional/Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Displays good organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Adequately prepares, delivers, and follows-up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the develop skill base on Biztalk Server and SQL Server
- Be able to understand migration, and coexistence in heterogeneous environments
- Demonstrate an understanding of agility, scalability, availability, and reliability for SOA and BPM Product
- Demonstrate an understanding of Biztalk server and SQL Server.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Server System
Presentation Skills

职位要求(Qualifications)：
- 5 – 8 years of related experience, Bachelor's Degree
- Solid knowledge of Database platform.
- Solid knowledge of Biztalk Server. Familiar with Biztalk and SQL server develop. Familiar with WLI, Websphere Integration or other EAI systems is a plus.
- Current MCSE, MCSD, or MCDBA preferred
- The candidates need to prove the ability to speak and write Mandarin and English.
