Years of Experience:
-bachelors/Technical preferred or equivalent work experience.
-3-4 years of technical sales experience.
-3-4 years of related, industry or segment experience.

Job Level Description:
- Accomplished technical sales representative, broad understanding of technology in the industry.
- Makes decisions that are governed by established procedures, processes and guidelines.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Selling Skills:
- Diagnose accounts and identify needs outside of what customer has specifically requested.
- follows leads and researches account.
- Aeverages appropriate internal people and teams to support the selling and customer care processes in the enterprise/client space.
- Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of customer needs.
- Asks the right questions to identify the entire range of customer needs.
- Keeps customers up to speed on new products/services and how they can benefit from them.
- Works persistently to gain new accounts and or opportunities in the enterprise/client space.
- Willing to keep engaged and build relationships over time to achieve success.
- Sells effectively against specific competitor solutions.
- Matches customer business objectives to X capabilities to deliver mutual value.
- Maintains relationships at management and departmental levels to lead to new business opportunities
- Primary focus is on developing relationships with technical teams and Sr. IT management
