Your Responsibilities:
-Lead the consumer products consulting team to achieve the targets
-Approach potential clients in consumer products industry to explore opportunities
-Identify clients' recruitment needs, analyze clients' business, culture, strategy, policy and process etc and deliver proper recruitment solutions
-Guide the consumer products consulting team with recruitment lifecycle management and process optimization
-Coach and train the consumer products consulting team to develop their searching skills, screeing skills and assessment skills if applicable
-Conduct assessment on possible candidates
Your profile:
-Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
-Minimum 5 years working experience at reputable foreign consumer products companies or executive search firm; Candidate with sales expereince is preferred
-Excellent interpersonal skills and logical minded
-Strategic thinking as well as solid hands on execution
-Demonstrates good sense on business, especially consumer products industry
-Able to motivate and develop the team
-Proactive, ambitious, open minded and result & client oriented
-Good command of English in both speaking and writing
-Able to undertake pressure
