Financial Analyst – Praxair China

LOCATION: Shanghai, P. R. China REPORTING TO: Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis Position PurposeØ China consolidated business performance analysis (sales, costs, working capital, capex and cash flow) and key performance indicators tracking.Ø Key players in monthly forecasting and annual planning process.Ø Management reporting preparation for business leaders RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Coordinating with region financial analyst for monthly China results consolidation;Ø Providing financial analysis to FP&A manager including variance analysis for sales and cost, working capital, capital investment and cash flow;Ø Preparing management report;Ø Tracking and analyzing project and capital investment;Ø Key player in monthly forecast and annual budget process;Ø BU performance analysis, provide effective operational analysis for responsible BU’s business leaders;Ø Driving automation, standardizing reports and improving related process QUALIFICATION: Ø Around 4 years in related finance experience with good analysis skills and business senseØ Audit and multi-national experience preferred Ø Analytical and good presentation skillsØ Assertive, initiative, pro-active, self motivation, visible, confidenceØ Change agent in dynamic environmentØ Strong communication/interpersonal skillsØ Good team playerØ Customer focusØ Fluent in English and Mandarin
