ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participate in global R&D and New Product Introduction projects on clean coal and clean energy
* Operate and maintain advanced analytical and characterization equipments to support clean coal research and process innovation
* Design of experiment, analytical method development, sample preparation, data analysis, and technical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Master or PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or thermal power engineering
* Strong background and experience with research on coal and/or other related fuel materials through analysis and characterization
* Hands-on experience in analytical equipment operation and maintenance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in teams
* Strong analytical skills
