测试和应用工程师RD System Test and application Engineer

Mission:

Design test method and test system and test from customer point of view for servo drive (伺服驱动器), convertor (变频器) / motor (电机), responsible for releasing the product according to test result.

Job Descriptions:

1、understanding product requirement, feature specification and basic design document, make test plan for the product including cost/effort estimation.
2、design the test method in a effient and automatic way.
3、design the test system and set up test system in a proper and safety way.
4、make test program and implement tests on schedule according test plan.
5、declare the product development release according to test result and test analysis.
6、Record and archive all test datas, program, reports, defects in test management tool. (Arts+, Qlaus, CADIM)
7、work according to test management process and lab mangemet regulation.
8、create new test method to continue improvement.
