Financial Controller

Financial ControllerRequirements- qualified accountant with minimum 5 years experience, expert knowledge & experience of Hong Kong listing rules, PRC GAAP, US GAAP & PRC taxation laws- possess extensive exposures in China business environment, experience in electronic manufacturing sector is preferable & be familiar with PRC banking, taxation, legal, government regulation and practice, possess costing experience is an advantage- - self motivated, independent & proactive - excellent interpersonal and communication skills - excellent command of English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua Job Description / Key Responsibilities- produce timely & accurate monthly, quarterly & yearly accounting reports- develop & manage all finance and accounting operations- be in charge of HR & Administration operation- prepare budgets & cashflow projections- Well-versed in both Hong Kong and PRC labor laws, regulations and legal requirements - Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure- ad hoc assignments- station in PRC (Wuxi)
