RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of supervisory or above experience in fashion related retail industry, has strong ability to manage 4 or more stores.
- Familiar with Shanghai fashion marketing, and different business area.
- Familiar with retail industry operations, such as: human resources management, garment management;
- Computer literacy is a must;
- Strong interest in fashion;
- Strong responsibility, Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English.
Job Description:
Responsible for overall management of store operations, staff, merchandise and customer service.
The Retail Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams.
- Implement action plans to maximize and develop sales, at last be able to push stores achieve 100% sales target;
- Ensure the operations are inline with the company’s overall goal;
- Support the selling operation of the boutique by managing the operations including human resources, cleaning, maintenance, security, supplies, deposit, banking, training, POS system and communication system etc.;
- Recruit, train and evaluate retail staff in retail operation procedures;
- Assist all departments in establishing organizational and systematic approaches towards their goals;
- Prepare combined periodic reports on productivity, budget, scheduling, etc.;
- Manage day-to-day retail operations at the stores;
- Inventory management, visual merchandising and administrative management.

任职要求:
- 本科或以上学历
- 至少二年以上在知名服装品牌公司工作经验,能够管理4家以上店铺;
- 熟悉上海流行、时尚市场,了解不同商业区域特点;
- 熟知零售行业的运作模式,包括:人员管理、服装零售管理;
- 能熟练操作电脑;
- 对时尚有浓厚兴趣;
- 有很强的责任心及服务意识,较好的沟通能力及人际关系处理能力。

职位描述:
全面负责店铺运营、人员、货品及客户服务管理工作;
负责销售目标的达成、维护;完成较高的运营、推广标准和指标;建立高效的团队;
- 最大化的提升销售额,至少能促使店铺每月100%完成销售指标;
- 确保店铺运营符合公司总体目标要求;
- 为销售运营提供管理支持,包括:人员管理、店铺清洁、维修、安全、补货、准备金、账务、培训、POS系统、通讯系统等;
- 店铺运营过程中,负责对零售人员进行面试、培训、绩效评估等工作;
- 协助所有部门进行组织、系统的建设以达成相应目标;
- 定期进行产品、预算、排班等汇总报告;
- 在店铺负责日常零售店务管理;
- 存货、陈列、行政管理。
