Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:Responsible for providing installation, maintenance and repair service to customers with respect to machinery, computer hardware, and other peripheral equipment. Conducts training and service programs in the operation and maintenance of products.Main responsibilities

Execute break & fix primarily in the zone but also in the region as a whole
Execute installations as a member of the installation team or as the installation responsible
Give operator training on system/equipment to customers
Take responsibilities and ownership to give highest quality in all service tasks
Fulfill the administration tasks that are needed. (Service report, job diary entry, product issues escalation-PowerHelp, etc.)
" Utilize remote diagnostic (IntellSyst) whenever possible to improve response time and cost efficiency.
Be prepared to be a rotating member of the Field Competence Center Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor degree or above , electronic engineering, automation or related principles
Experience: More than 2 years work experiences in on-site field service

Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin (Both verbal and written)
IT-knowledge: Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, and good command of networking & TCP/IP knowledge, PC hardware, Disk & Raid administration.
Technical knowledge: Familiar with Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics and computer Sciences, Pneumatics, Optics, Laser technologies.
Soft skills: Customer focus; Good communication skills; Team work spirit and good business sense; Have a sense of change and innovation; Willing to learn on an ongoing base; Prefer with good leadership
