Responsibility:1. Employee development plan and execution
员工发展计划及执行
²Employee development framework and leadership development learning plan development and execution 员工基本能力发展及领导力发展学习计划的设计执行
²Develop learning plan based on global competency module and local business priorities
根据公司全球胜任能力模型和上海公司业务发展战略优先次序设计学习计划
²Carry out learning plan as planned and ensure a follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness
根据计划执行并确保具有评估学习有效性的跟踪机制
2.Talent management
人才管理
² Develop talent management system in SH company based on global talent development module
根据公司全球人才发展模型，建立上海公司人才发展系统
3.Performance management
绩效管理
²Develop SH company PMS align with global practice and keep maintenance for compliance
根据公司全球绩效管理运作情况设计上海公司绩效管理体系，并确保当地运作与全球的一致性
4.Consultant for business
为业务部门提供相关咨询
² Actively participate in business meeting and / or keep close communication with business function to identify specific needs and give professional solutions
积极参加业务部门会议和/或与业务部门保持密切沟通，以发现部门的学习发展需求并从专业角度给予解决方案

Requirement:
²More than 6 years relevant HR experience in multinational companies
²Hands-on experience in training and leadership development or relevant HR functions
²Experienced in organizational development and HR project management
²Familiar with the overall HR function, esp. career development & learning function
²Bachelor degree and above, major in business/ human resources management is preferred
