Merchandiser外贸业务员

要求：Position Reports to: Business Manager

Primary Objective:
Manage and coordinate suppliers to meet Shanghai Winner Textile's goals in regards to cost and delivery by applying specialist procurement and merchandising skills.

Specific Accountabilities:
-Manage the process for quotations, negotiation of purchase contracts, follow-up,scheduling and expediting of export shipments and domestic deliveries.
-Product classes, but not limited to as follows;
-Womens Fashion
-Junior market 16-30 yo
-Contemporary 30 plus
-Fashion Apparel-Retail Chain
-Textiles-both Knits and Wovens
-Source,manage,and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of products and services that meets the businesses strategy and requirements.
-Improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency of service to the business,customers and third party providers.
-Develop and implement procurement policies where required in conjunction with internal and group departments e.g.Product development,Quality,Finance and Sales.
-Review, manage and process claims against suppliers for late delivery and inferior product.
-Prepare and execute presentations to customers as required.
-Liaise with departmental managers as required to ensure delivery schedules are met.
-Manage regular stock takes of textiles and accessories,business and customer owned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-Incumbents should have a minimum 3 year's relevant Textile/garment industry experience in merchandising.
-Must be a tertiary qualified graduate with a foreign trade or textile major from a recognized college or university.
-Excellent understanding of the garment production process.
-Strong MS computer skills;may have exposure to an ERP system such as SAP,Oracle,Movex,beneficial.
-Excellent oral and written English.
