Company Introduction:
One subsidiary company of A Fortune 500 US manufacture group, which has 2000 employees in the plant, produces mechanical& electronic appliances.
Job Title: HR Manager
Report to: Managing Director (Taiwanese)
Subordinates: 7-8
Location: Base in Jiading, Shanghai
Responsibilities
² Formulate and review all existing company policies and procedures to attract, retain and motivate staff;
² Align the full range of HR functions in order to meet the Company vision;
² Develop a manpower plan so as to ensure departmental objectives are met;
² Responsible for the recruitment of staff;
² Liaise with advertising agencies, headhunters for recruitment advertisements;
² Develop competitive compensation and benefits schemes;
² Plan and direct training and development programs;
² Consolidate and prepare headcount report every month;
² Process payroll and welfare every month, print pay slips;
² Responsible for office administration related business to create an orderly and efficient working environment;
² Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Main Qualifications
² 10 years’ relevant working experience in a multinational company;
² Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
² Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
² Solid knowledge of HR management;
² Strong drive to achieve, mature, confident and honest;
² Good ability to work independently and under pressure;
² Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
² Fluent in written and oral English.
