Supplier Coordinate Manager

Job Title: Supplier Coordinate Manager (Must Oversea Background)
Location: ShanghaiReports To: GM
Primary Objective:Contacting oversea suppliers for reporting and consulting corresponding technical questions. Establishing efficient communications amongst sales, manufacture departments and oversea suppliers. Providing sales and manufacture departments with adequate business and technical supports. Contacting oversea suppliers and providing marketing and sales department with successful cases.

Position Responsibilities:Composing monthly and quarterly reports in English. Timely reporting local market development and project progress to oversea suppliers. Attending business meeting. Arranging visits from oversea suppliers and acting as translator and entourage.Making plans to develop new oversea suppliers. Be enthusiastic to develop new business. Placing order at oversea suppliers according to the needs from sales and manufacture department. Supervising shipment and lead time in order to secure production. Solving problems in procurement and supervising data statistics.
Minimum Qualifications:
OVERSEA WORKING OR STUDYING experience is MUST, prefer UNITED STATES. Bachelor degree (or above) majoring in Electronic Engineering or Polymer Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, at least CET 6 level, OVERSEA working experience or ENGLISH WORKING ENVIRONMENT experience is highly preferable. Skill Requirements: More than 3 years experience in conductive adhesive market or in manufacture of semiconductor packaging, integrate circuit and optic electronics. Good communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility and team-work spirit
