Customer Service Executive 贸易专员

Our Client is one of the world's largest producers of thin polyester film.

Currently, they are looking for:
Position Title: Customer Service Executive/贸易专员
Dept: Sales
Location: Shenzhen, China

Skills required:
- Ability to work under pressure and should be able to handle ambiguity;
- Knowledge of Mandarin & English Language is a must;
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial department (preferably with a trading & distribution company within China);
- Good IT Skills (SAP/SQL) and communication skills;
- nowledge of Imports /Exports will be an added advantage;

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures customers satisfaction by building trust and rapport with the customers in the allocated region;
- Fosters outstanding customer service in his region;
- Responsible for co-ordinating all operations related to Warehouse, Dispatch, Invoice etc;
- Ability to execute necessary documentation in local language;
- Assist Sales team in co-ordinating all commercial sales activities;
- Order Input, Data Entry and report generation necessary to sales;
- Regular correspondence with customers for informing dispatched and other related areas;
- Ensuring smooth coordination in the overall process i.e. from ordering process to sourcing the product from factory until dispatch /delivery to customer;
