职位描述： 1、参与产品前期界面视觉用户研究、设计流行趋势分析； 2、设定互联网产品的整体视觉风格和VI设计； 3、参与互联网体验、流程的制定和规范； 4、分享设计经验、推动提高团队的设计能力。

职位要求：1、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力，对GUI设计趋势有灵敏触觉和领悟能力，推动团 队的设计能力；
2、从事设计行业，具有互联网产品风格设定以及VI设定（包括界面、图标风格与统一规范等）经验；
3、对视觉用户研究有一定经验和见解，对可用性有一定的认识；
4、精通Photoshop、Illustartor、Flash等设计工具，了解flash（Actionscript）动画设计的优先
5、精通Photoshop并熟练使用Flash、Illustrator等软件，掌握Dreamweaver等制作工具；
6、美术、设计或相关专业本科以上学历（优秀人才，专业和学历可适当放宽）；
7、具备良好合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情、创造力和责任感，能承受高强度的工作压力。

Job Description: 1、Participate in user interface visual study and trends analysis;
2、Set up overall visual style of online product and VI;
3、Participate in making and standardizing the user experience testing flow;
4、Share experience with peers and promote the overall design ability of the team.

Requirements：1、Rich knowledge in design and deep insight into trends, good sense of GUI trends;
2、Experienced in designing online products and VI setup (including interface, logo style and standardization, etc);
3、Basic understanding and experience in visual users and usability;
4、Experienced in using Photoshop、Illustartor、Flash, etc, knowledge in flash（ActionScript）is strongly preferred;
5、Experienced in using Photoshop, good command of Flash、Illustrator, familiar with Dreamweaver;
6、Bachelor degree above of Art, design or related majors(no major or degree restrictions for those talented candidates);
7、Good team spirit, passion for work, creativity, sense of responsibility and capable of handling high level working pressure.
