Job Description:
1)
Support my manger to deliver applications and systems to the new malls. Provide 2nd line support to existing malls to ensure business is running smoothly. Communicate and coordinate with Central IT team to feedback regional business requirements.
2)
deploying the application solution
delivering support for mall IT operators
delivering IT operation training to IT operators
communicating with Central IT team to launch system in region
taking calls escalated from Help Desk and providing support to resolve system issues

职位要求：
-Job Requirements:
教育：管理信息管理相关专业本科及以上。
-Education: Bachelor degree or above on MIS or related field.
语言技能：良好的英语写作和日常沟通能力。
-Language Skill: Fair command of both written and oral English.
计算机技能：具备Wintel系统知识，熟悉网络、通讯和桌面管理等知识。较好的掌握应用系统服务器和数据库管理系统相关知识，对众多IT供应商产品有丰富的应用和维护经验，最好具有零售系统领域知识和最终用户培训的经验。
-Professionals: With basic knowledge on Wintel systems, desktop and network. Good knowledge on application server and DBMS concept. Experience in delivery of end user training and retail system domain knowledge is preferred.
管理能力：良好的项目管理及沟通协调能力，了解商业营运需求并具备高效完成所负责工作的自律性。
-Management: Good project management and communication capability. Understand business requirements and discipline of making things done.
个性：诚实且具备高度的责任感，较强的服务意识和与细节关注度，能够独立完成工作且具有诚挚的工作态度。
-Personality: Responsible and honest, Service-oriented and detail-oriented, be self-independent and have can-do attitude to the work.
经验：2-4年相关外企工作经验。
-Working experience: 2-4 years working experience in foreign company is preferred.
