注塑工艺工程师

岗位职责 The main responsibility负责注塑工艺流程，工艺条件的设定，工艺文件的制度和管理。（responsible for the injection process engineering, set up for technological conditions and documentation for technical process）负责工艺条件和生产效率的持续改善，工艺问题的分析和解决。（responsible for the process conditions and production efficiency improvement, for process problem analyze and process improvement）负责工艺参数的文件的制度和维护。（responsible for the System and maintenance for process parameters）协调解决注塑工艺和模具方面的技术问题以及模具制造和维修。（support to solute the technical problem of injection tooling and support to tooling manufacture and maintenance）负责制订培训计划并对相关人员进行工艺培训。 (Set up the technical training plan for the related people and the training)
协助推动QCP的完善和执行以及编制PFMEA。（support QCP / PFMEA）任职资格 Qualification本科以上学历（University degree）,机械制造或模具专业（Machine manufacture, tool Specialized） 熟练英语或者德语，2年以上工作已经。（very good communication skill English or Germay）熟练使用AutoCAD绘图软件，具有工装设计经验。(Auto CAD)熟悉模具，能够熟练操作并了解注塑设备以及工艺参数调整。熟悉或具有精益生产系统。熟悉Engel（奥地利恩格尔）注塑机者优先。
