Plate Specialist

Job Summary: Provide technical support on consumable products like plates, film and related chemicals.

Main responsibilities
· Provide sales and after-sales technical support on consumable products like plates, film and related chemicals. Renders product testing, solution verification, product application training/support and consultancy service.
· Run consumable field test and optimize the application and printing quality at different customer sites
· Troubleshoot consumable related issues. Identify the cause and offer technical solution/advice on product application as well as printing process (press).
· Give operator training on consumable processing and application to customers
· Take responsibilities and ownership to give highest quality in all service tasks
· Fulfill the administration tasks that are needed. (Service report, job diary entry, product issues escalation-PowerHelp, etc…)

Requirements:
· Degree: Bachelor degree with major in press related
· Experience: More than 3 years work experiences in technical support on consumable products
· Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin (Both verbal and written)
· IT-knowledge: Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, and good command of networking & TCP/IP knowledge, PC hardware, Disk & Raid administration.
· Technical knowledge: Have sound knowledge on CTP and Analog plate, knowledge on film is preferable.
· Soft skills: Problem analysis and judgment skill; Prioritizing, Planning, Organizing & Execution; Be prepared for flexible working hours; May involve in regional activities like technical teleconference, cross-country support and training.
