Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:
· Responsible for providing installation, maintenance and repair service to customers with respect to machinery, computer hardware, and other peripheral equipment.
· Conducts training and service programs in the operation and maintenance of products.

Main responsibilities
· Execute break & fix primarily in the zone but also in the region as a whole
· Execute installations as a member of the installation team or as the installation responsible
· Give operator training on system/equipment to customers
· Take responsibilities and ownership to give highest quality in all service tasks
· Fulfill the administration tasks that are needed. (Service report, job diary entry, product issues escalation-PowerHelp, etc.)
· Utilize remote diagnostic (IntellSyst) whenever possible to improve response time and cost efficiency.
· Be prepared to be a rotating member of the Field Competence Center

Requirements:
· Degree: Bachelor degree or above , electronic engineering, automation or related principles
· Experience: More than 2 years work experiences in on-site field service
· Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin (Both verbal and written)
· IT-knowledge: Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, and good command of networking & TCP/IP knowledge, PC hardware, Disk & Raid administration.
· Technical knowledge: Familiar with Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics and computer Sciences, Pneumatics, Optics, Laser technologies.
· Soft skills: Customer focus; Good communication skills; Team work spirit and good business sense; Have a sense of change and innovation; Willing to learn on an ongoing base; Prefer with good leadership
