项目经理

Position: Project Manager

Department: Technical Department

Report to: Deputy Technical Director

Working time: Day shift


Main Job Description:

1. To be fully responsible for smooth progress of new product creation and modification in line with project schedule, target cost and quality requirements in collaboration with head quarter XXX France and other departments in Suzhou XXX until the first mass production accepted by customer;
2. To follow up budget linked with new product development; follow up and make sure the project progress to in line with defined target on each step, including product design definition, tooling manufacturing and testing, production process definition, product packaging validation, pilot series launching and mass production delivery; To follow up sourcing and subcontracting;
3. To be fully responsible for creation and updating of accurate technical database (item, BOM and Routing) in ERP system;
4. To prepare TV meeting with XXX France and weekly meeting for China product development to report project follow-up;
5. To support Quality and production for quality analysis and improvement, and help with old product improvement and production process optimization;
6. To issue new project related drawings, file achieve.



Other Requirements:

1. Minimum three years project management experience, manufacturing corporation related experience preferred; excellent fresh graduates can be taken into consideration.
2. Strong communication skill, and excellent coordinating & organizing & team working abilities; effective problem-solver through team work and analytical ability; strong sense of project schedule urgency.
3. Careful and Responsible, result oriented, can keep active under high pressure situation;
4. As working language, good English in understanding, speaking and writing, French will be a plus;
5. Experience in communicating or working with Western companies will be a plus;

工作职责：

1. 与法国总部和公司内部其它部门合作，根据项目进程、目标成本和质量要求，全权负责新产品的创建和改进，直至第一次批量生产被客户确认；
2. 控制新产品开发的预算。推进项目各阶段按项目进度表实施和开展。包括产品设计确认，模具开发测试，生产工艺、流程及产品包装的制定，产品小批量试产及首批量产出货。协同其他部门与项目相关供应商，分包商的合作；
3. 负责在ERP系统建立和更新技术数据（物料品名、BOM和Routing）；
4. 准备与法国XXX的电视会议以及国内产品开发的周会，报告项目进展情况；
5. 协助生产和质量部门进行质量分析和改进工作，并帮助原有产品的改良和生产过程最优化；
6. 向文控中心发行新产品图；文件整理和归档。


其他要求：

1. 三年以上项目管理经验，有生产企业相关工作经验者优先。优秀的毕业生也可以考虑。
2. 具有很好的沟通、协调、组织能力及团队合作精神，能够独立思考，积极主动的通过团队合作来分析问题并解决问题；并具有很强的项目进度紧迫感。
3. 工作认真负责，注重结果，能在高压力的环境下工作，有责任心。
4. 英语听说读写良好，懂法语者优先。
5. 有与欧美企业合作或者沟通经验的优先 。
