Job Summary:
This position is leading a sales team to be responsible for the sales and promotion of PX products in one area. Execute sales initiatives and programs to broaden product penetration, performing account management functions in serving existing customers and acquiring new customers and provide technical support to our customers. Key Responsibilities Description:
1.To achieve assigned Sales Annual Operating Plan of North Region;
2.To develop a new sales network to distribute products & services, focus on specialgas;
3.To formulate, organize and execute sales & marketing activities;
4.Market products pricing and strategy implementation;
5.Provide market intelligence/sales analysis/monthly report for China function head and Management reference;
6.To explore new accounts and generate incremental business to company;
7.To manage the sales team in north region;
8.Other ad hoc projects; Requirement:1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical Analysis;
2.Minimal 8 years sales experience with MNC background, with minimum 5 years in sales managerial position;3.Strong Special Gas selling or special gas analysis technical experinces are highy desired;4.Strong transaction selling skills in industry customers are highly desired;
5.Customer oriented and could work under pressure and independently.
6.Fluent written and oral English.
7.Good presentation skill.
