Key Position
Responsibilities: 1. Assist sales manager to process the sales extend with our product.
2. Establish the sale goal based on company's development strategy.
3. Assist manager to set up the sales SOP, training the employee and carry out.
4. With devotion in apparel industry and acuminous discernment, good communication skill, to be active and tough.

1、负责协助经理进行产品的市场推广、销售工作；
2、依据团队发展策略、管理制度，制定团队的销售目标活动推广；
3、协助经理制定营销策略及销售政策，并负责进行贯彻、培训、监督执行；
4、热爱运动服装行业，具有敏锐的动察力和良好的沟通能力，积极上进，吃苦耐劳；

Key Experience
& Education: Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request:
1. have the experience with managing sales team
2. excellent sales skill, strong marketing planning and operation capability
3. good communication skill and have appetency with customers
4. integrity, willing working under press
5. have a passion with sportswear trade
Education /Experience/Health Request
1. college and above，more than 26 years old
2. above 3 years sales experience with the FMCG area;
3. Have the experience with sales management, have management experience with department stores and shops;
4. Healthy and can work everyday
5. Accord with the minimum requirement of the post

知识、技能和能力：
1、从事销售/管理3年以上，有一定客户基础；
2、具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力；
3、具有极强的人际沟通技巧和客户亲和力；
4、诚实正直，能承受工作压力；
5、热爱运动装或休闲装行业。
教育程度/工作经历/身体要求：
1、26岁以上大学专科及同等学历；
2、3年以上快速消费品行业的销售经验；
3、具有销售团队的管理经验，有百货商场、店铺的管理经验；
