Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for lab experiments including: synthesis, formulation, system setup or testings
- The daily work includes synthesis, formulation and sample preparation, analytical characterization and documentation of research work
- Problem solving
Qualifications/Requirements
- Associate degree or above in organic chemistry or material science/processing, or relevant majors
- Extensive experience in chemistry lab experiments including polymers, coatings, synthesis, and characterization
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams required
- Flexible, self-starter, responsible, team-player
- Fluent both in Chinese and capable of basic English communication (reading, listening and writing).
