Develop and push tactical merchandise plans by division to meet the targets according to the agreed business plans, to include the following variables: ass='inurl_key'>sales, markup, inventory and gross marginDevelop the merchandise management plan by control of store matrix and assortment modulesAccurately reforecast sales, markdowns, receipts, inventory position and gross margin, in preparation for monthly open to buyReview business weekly and respond with appropriate business decisions upon cross functional team workQualifications
Able to negotiate with and influence peers and members of cross-functional team as well as to build and maintain productive relationships with themFlexible and adaptive to changing priorities Able to implement business strategies and action plans Demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills Possesses a financial backgroundFacility with personal computers, including the ability or aptitude to learn technical applications quickly Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required2-3 years of retail buying, planning or related analytical experience is a plus 2-3 years of working experience in Big Four is a plus
