As a Data Analyst, you
will be responsible fcollecting, analyzing, interpreting data to support
our business decision-making processes. You will be working closely with
various departments to optimize logistics operations, identify trends, and
provide actionable insights. You will also responsible fproviding high-level
administrative support managing the daily activities of the COO. You will
be expected to handle a wide range of administrative executive support
tasks, including managing calendars, arranging travel, coordinating meetings,
preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyze, interpret data from various
sources to support business operations.
2.
Develop maintain data collection systems, data analytics, other
strategies to optimize logistics supply chain operations.
3.
Apply statistical techniques programming languages to analyze data and
provide actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
understdata requirements implement data-driven solutions.
5.
Prepare present data findings in clear concise reports to management
other stakeholders.
6. Coordinate schedule meetings, including
preparing agendas taking minutes.
7. Screen prioritize emails, phone calls, and
other correspondence fthe COO.
8. Arrange
travel accommodations fthe COO
9. Perform other administrative duties as assigned
10. Stay current on
industry trends best practices related to data analysis maritime
logistics.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelors degree higher in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, a related field.
2.Excellent
communication interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively with the Groups internal teams in China.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks priorities in
a fast-paced environment
4.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect,ganize, analyze, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy.
5.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) fdata
analysis purposes.
6. Familiarity with data visualization tools and
techniques.
7. Strong problem-solving skills ability to work
in a fast-paced environment.
8.
Excellent presentation skills in English, both written verbal.
