Job Description:
We’re looking fa Security Supervisto join our Security team to maintain a safe secure working environment at our locations in Shanghai Hong Kong. This includes protecting all personnel, safeguarding all items in our custody, controlling access to our facilities. This role is responsible fmanaging the security workforce, scheduling overseeing their work, appraising their performance developing individuals the team, rewarding strong performance coaching employees, addressing complaints resolving problems within the department outside.
You’ll report to the Head of Physical Security work from our Shanghai office.
What You’ll Do:
● Support offices within the greater China market, based in Shanghai but also working with our Hong Kong office
● Interview, hire, train, manage security staff ensuring adherence to Company policies procedures, overtime requests, permits & licensing to ensure local legal compliance
● Manage projects, programs, budgets to ensure alignment with goals, timely delivery, cost efficiency
● Be responsible fthe overall security of the facility, during outside of business hours, including responding on short notice irrespective of time, day other factor
● Maintain surveillance equipment alarms, including access control systems, video monitoring, intrusion systems
● Maintain physical key control fOperations & Corporate facilities
● Act as a liaison between the Security team other departments/stakeholders, informing upper management of problems security issues communicating with other department supervisors
● Provide regular feedback to direct reports conduct regular reviews of the Security Team in accordance with Company policy, fostering a team focused on growth, improvement, efficiency respect.
● Carry out preliminary investigations discrepancies at corporate offices events while maintaining confidentiality treating others with consideration irrespective of status position
Who You Are:
● 3+ years of Corporate Security supervisory experience, at least 5 years in the Security field in total
● Bachelors degree in a related field equivalent work experience
● Experience in physical security, access control systems, video systems, guest management, fire life-safety
● Fluency in Mandarin English (written verbal)
● Strong knowledge of Chinese security regulations compliance requirements
● Strong verbal written communication skills
● Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, procedures within the Security/Loss Prevention field
● Superiteam management planning/organizational skills
Additional Skill Preferred but Not Required:
● Experience with Travel Safety, Crisis Management, Business Continuity
● Experience working in multinational corporate environments in China
Physical Requirements:
● Bending Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, squatting.
● Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, sitting looking at a computer potentially flong periods of time.
● Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, other machinery.
● HUse: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact htools that require significant force, such as hammer drills torque wrenches.
● Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, verbal instructions.
● Lifting Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, move materials up to 75+ pounds, with employee help with proper equipment.
● Sitting Standing: Ability to sit stfextended periods of time.
● Temperature Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating cooling with fluctuations in temperatures humidity.
● Walking: Ability to walk flong periods.

我们诚招安保主管加入安保团队，负责维护上海及香港办公场地安全合规的办公环境，保障全体人员人身安全、公司代管财物完好无损，管控园区办公场所人员进出权限。
本岗位负责安保班组全员统筹管理，排班调度、日常工作监督管控、人员绩效考核评定、个人与团队能力培养建设；对优秀员工予以嘉奖激励，针对性开展员工带教辅导，妥善处理内外部相关投诉纠纷与各类突发事件问题整改。
本岗位直属实体安保负责人汇报，办公地点位于上海办公室。
工作内容：
● 负责大中华区全境内办公场所安保相关配套支持工作，常驻上海办公，同步对接香港办公室相关安保事务
● 统筹安保人员招聘面试、入职培训、日常全流程管理工作，严格规范全员遵守公司规章制度作业；统一管控人员加班申请、相关资质许可证照办理年审，全面落实属地法律法规合规要求
● 统筹安保专项项目、日常运维专项工作与对应预算管控，保障所有工作贴合整体目标落地、按期推进交付，严控成本实现高效降本增效
● 全权负责办公园区全天候全时段全域安保安防管控工作，无论工作日节假日、任何时段均可随时应急响应处置突发安保事件
● 日常运维巡检维护门禁权限管控系统、视频监控设备、入侵防盗预警全套安防监控报警设施
● 统一管控公司运营板块及行政办公全域实体钥匙台账与领用管理
● 担任安保部门与公司其他业务部门、相关合作方的对接联络人，*时间向上级管理层同步上报各类安全隐患与安保异常问题，常态化跨部门同级别主管对接协同工作
● 定期为直属下属员工开展工作复盘反馈，严格依照公司管理制度完成安保团队全员定期绩效考核评定，打造注重成长精进、高效自律、彼此尊重的优良团队氛围
● 针对公司办公场地、线下活动现场出现的各类异常不符事项开展前期初步核查取证工作，全程严守保密准则，待人处事一视同仁，不受职级身份影响区别对待他人
任职要求：
● 具备3年及以上企业安保团队管理主管任职经验，安保相关行业累计从业总年限不少于5年
● 安保相关专业本科及以上学历，或持有同等效力相关从业资历经验
● 具备实体场地安防、门禁权限管控系统、全域视频监控运维、访客全流程管理、消防安全应急管理相关实操工作经验
● 普通话、中英文口语书面双语流利精通
● 熟知国内安保行业相关法律法规条例，精通全流程合规管控规范要求
● 出众的口头表达与书面公文撰写沟通能力
● 熟练掌握安保风控、防损安防领域全套标准化作业规范、通用工作流程与行业通用专业常识
● 优秀的团队统筹管理能力，极强的工作计划排布与全局统筹组织能力

● 拥有差旅出行安全保障、危机应急处置管理、业务连续性应急保障相关从业经验
