Key Responsibilities:
- Design optimize the operation process of the team.
- Lead the team with high efficiency high-quality work.
- Monitstaff working processes, review their performances hold trainings to keep the team improve fhigh efficiency get ready fany challenges.
- Send monthly reports to the finance department timely as required.
- Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
- Resolve customer complaints, dispute handling with efficient actions.
- Cooperation &communication with relative department fproblem solving efficient cooperation.
- Responsible foptimizing collecting Cargo Wise system issues, promoting participation in implementation resolution, continuously optimizing various internal workflows to improve work efficiency.
- Contribute to the design implementation of improvements to processes policies in our product.
- Support sales with market intelligence other insights to attract win moreders customers over to theganization
- Participate in the analysis decision-making of important business activities of the company, including daily operation, business development, new project when necessary.
- Management of team’s trainings, performance talent selection.
- Back up other team members where necessary
- Reporting to the superion special case with further solution proposal.
