意大利全资外资精密发动机零部件制造企业，长沙生产基地，员工规模500人，国内外同步产销，由意大利总部控股。本岗位隶属于财务中心，聚焦财务内控管理与内外部审计对接，为财务部核心骨干岗。 We are a wholly Italian-owned high-precision engine parts manufacturing enterprise with a production base in Changsha 500 employees. We conduct both domestic overseas business are fully invested controlled by the Italian headquarters. Serving as a core backbone role in the finance department, this position focuses on financial internal control as well as internal external audit coordination.

语言要求：英语为工作语言，可独立使用英文对接意大利股东各类财务事项、编制外文财报。
Job Title：Finance Controller & Auditor
Work Location：Changsha
Report to：General Manager
Language Requirement：English as working language. Capable of independently communicating with Italian shareholders on all financial matters preparing English financial reports.
三、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
3.1 成本、资金与供应商管控 / Cost, Fund & Supplier Financial Control
1、搭建并落地公司生产成本管控体系，梳理制造费用、料工费核算，通过数据分析落地降本方案，常态化成本跟踪；
2、统筹全公司供应商应付账款管理，对账审核、付款计划、账期管控，优化供应链资金占用；
3、负责整体现金流管理，编制月度/年度资金预算、资金使用计划，统筹资金调度，把控资金安全与使用风险。 1. Establish implement the company’s production cost control system, sort out the accounting of material, labmanufacturing expenses, launch cost reduction plans based on data analysis, conduct regular cost tracking;
2. Oversee company-wide accounts payable management, including supplier reconciliation review, payment planning payment term control, so as to optimize capital occupation in the supply chain;
3. Manage overall corporate cash flow, prepare monthly annual capital budgets capital utilization plans, coordinate capital allocation, control capital safety operational risks.
3.2 内审及多方外联对接 / Internal Audit & External Stakeholder Liaison
1、常态化对接意大利境外股东，按期提交中英文财务数据、经营报表，配合总部年度内审、专项财务核查工作；
2、对接税务、财政等政府监管部门，统筹纳税申报、税务稽查、涉税备案等全流程工作，保障税务合规；
3、维护合作银行客情，对接银行授信审批、融资业务、现场尽调、资料报送等事项；
4、执行公司内部财务审计，针对账务核算、费用报销、内控流程开展风险排查，出具审计报告与整改落地跟踪。 1. Maintain regular communication with Italian overseas shareholders, submit bilingual financial data operational reports on schedule, support the headquarters’ annual internal audit special financial inspections;
2. Liaise with tax, finance other government authorities, manage the full process of tax declaration, tax inspection tax filing to ensure full tax compliance;
3. Maintain good relationships with cooperative banks, follow up bank credit approval, financing business, on-site due diligence document submission;
4. Conduct internal financial audits, identify risks in accounting treatment, expense reimbursement internal control processes, issue audit reports, track the implementation of rectification plans.
四、任职要求 / Job Requirements
1、熟练掌握中国企业会计准则，通晓国际通用财务准则，能适配外资集团财务核算要求；
2、英语口语、书面熟练，可独立英文撰写财务报告、商务函件、远程会议沟通；
3、具备制造型企业成本核算、应付管理、资金统筹实操经验，熟悉生产型工厂财务运作逻辑；
4、优先加分：会计师事务所审计从业经历、银行对公/企业尽调相关工作经验；
5、熟悉外资企业财税合规管理，风控思维突出，逻辑严谨，具备优秀跨部门协同能力。 1. Proficient in Chinese Accounting Standards familiar with international financial standards, able to meet the financial accounting requirements of foreign-funded group companies;
2. Fluent inal written English, capable of independently drafting financial reports business documents participating in remote English meetings;
3. Experienced in manufacturing cost accounting, accounts payable management capital overall arrangement, with a good understanding of factory financial operation;
4. Preferred background: audit experience in accounting firms corporate due diligence experience in banking institutions;
5. Familiar with the financial tax compliance management of foreign-funded enterprises, with strong risk control awareness, rigorous logical thinking excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
五、薪资福利 / Salary & Benefits
年薪总包 / Annual Salary Package（外资13~15薪，五险一金足额缴纳 / 13-15 salary system, social insurance housing fund paid in full）
1、达标候选人（3-5年制造业财务+内审、英语达标）：年薪22-27W，月薪15K-19K；
2、优质候选人（5-8年、事务所/银行加分履历、通晓中外财税准则）：年薪30-38W，月薪20K-26K；
3、资深骨干（8年+、CPA/ACCA、全盘统筹能力突出）：年薪42-55W，月薪28K-35K。 1. Qualified Candidates (3-5 years of manufacturing finance & internal audit experience with qualified English): Annual Salary RMB 220,000-270,000，Monthly Salary RMB 15,000-19,000;
2. High-quality Candidates (5-8 years of experience with accounting firm/banking background, familiar with Chinese international financial standards): Annual Salary RMB 300,000-380,000，Monthly Salary RMB 20,000-26,000;
3. SeniSpecialists (8+ years of experience, CPA/ACCA certified, outstanding overall financial management capabilities): Annual Salary RMB 420,000-550,000，Monthly Salary RMB 28,000-35,000.
