岗位职责:
1. Lead ATM EHS work, make annual key work plan.
总体负责ATM工厂EHS 管理工作，制定年度重点工作计划；
2. Responsible fsite EHS inspection, PPE management, Contractmanagement, Fire management Special equipment management, ensure EHS compliance.
负责现场安全检查，PPE管理，承包商管理，消防安全管理和特种设备管理等，确保合规。
3. Implement Life Saving Rules, EHS minimal requirement other Global policy.
认真贯彻落实总部LSR 和EHS 指令要求；
4. Carry out incident report investigation, ensure the action improvement completed.
做好事故报告和调查工作，确保整改措施及时完成；
5. Complete EHS monthly S&O report in time.ganize safety committee meeting EHS training.
按时完成EHS月报和季报，组织安委会会议和EHS培训工作
6. Responsible fNew, Renovation Expansion projects’ EHS permit work communicate with related government handle issues.
负责新、改、扩建项目EHS审批工作，与相关政府部门做好EHS问题沟通和处理；
7. Make annual emergency drill plan regularly implement. Assist toganize Sika Safety Day activity.
制定年度应急演练计划，并定期进行演练工作，做好年度安全日活动；
8. Assist production manager toganize implement workshop safety activity.
协助生产经理组织和开展月度班组安全活动；
9. Responsible fthe operation maintenance fGovernment Global system.
负责政府和公司总部EHS相关系统的运行和维护；
10. Responsible fthe operation, maintenance continuous improvement of ISO14001&45001 environmental occupational health safety systems;
负责ISO14001&45001环境和职业健康安全体系的运行、维护和持续改进；
11. Responsible fexporting regularly updating SDS GHS; Release raw materials in MDG-M.
12. 负责导出和定期更新SDS和GHS信息；MDG-M物料释放；
13. Cooperate coordinate with Sika China EHS team keep enough communication to complete EHS work.
与西卡中国EHS团队保持充分的沟通，协调和配合完成EHS工作。
14. Other tasks arranged by the leader;
领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1.Bacheldegree above, safety environmental project prefer;
本科及以上学历，具有安全或环境工程类专业；
2. At least 5 years EHS management experience
5年以上EHS管理工作经验
3.Good attitude work hard, strong ability to withstpressure
态度端正，工作努力，抗压能力强；
4．Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
5.Good English skills both in written spoken.
良好的英语口语和书写能力
