Job Requirement:
1. Be responsible fproject budgeting, internal cost control based on financial rules company policy.
2. Follow-up commercial project management, it aims to drive finance excellence of project business performance.
3. Review the As Sold calculation with the project team establish the project budget.
4. Ensure correct booking of supplier invoices cost allocations (eg. hours booking) adherence to accounting principles.
5. Monitkey performance indicators of projects provide the monthly/quarterly/yearly estimation report forder, sales, profit cash flow.
6. Take care of invoicing to customer, payment.
7. Implement internal control procedures, which are consistent with company policies benefit.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree. Major: Finance, Accounting related major.
2. About 3 years related experience in financial internal control, prefer as project controller financial analysis on project.
3. Good written spoken English.
4. Familiar with tax regulations accounting standards in the PRC.
5. Familiar with PC operation, especially Excel knowledge experience of SAP.
6. Solid Accounting Finance Skills.
7. Strong business acumen the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function financial solutions.
8. Good communication skills cross department cooperation.
9. High level of integrity strong initiative.
