工作内容:
1, Be responsible fthe telephone switchboard, answers incoming calls professionally transfers to proper department & Persons.
负责电话总机的工作,专业地接听来电并转接到相应的部门和人员。
2, In charge of the internal international package sending & receiving delivering the package to related departments.
负责国内外包裹的收发,并将包裹送到相关部门
3, meeting room management, responsible foffice waters coordinating with the cleaner to ensure meeting rooms, courier rooms office floin clean tidy.
会议室管理,负责办公用水,协调保洁员,确保会议室、快递室、办公地板的整洁。
4, drink water, coffee bean, milk, stationary purchase management.
饮用水、咖啡豆、牛奶、文具的采购和管理。
5, support teams to coordinate with third party storage warehouse to send out sample boxes call back sample boxes.
支持团队与第三方仓库协调寄出样品盒或召回样品盒。
6, internal international business trip arrangement femployees (such as hotel booking, train & flight tickets bookings, transportation arrangements any emergencies management during the trips);
员工国内外出差安排(如酒店预订、火车票、机票预订、交通安排及出差期间的突发事件处理);
7, support oversea buyers from head office fissue of invitations letter, travel ticket hotel booking, pick up arrangement etc....
支持总部海外采购商的邀请函、旅行机票、酒店预订、接送安排等....
8, support expatriate’s employees to apply fwork permit residence permit.
协助外派员工办理工作许可和居留证。
9, new employee registration, attendance management key in vocation records.
新员工注册、考勤管理及入职记录的录入。
10, interview arrangement fteam leaders team managers.
安排团队领导或团队经理面试。
11,ganize to hold on monthly birthday party celebration event in the office.
组织每月在办公室举办生日聚会或庆祝活动。
12, take accounting responsibility fadministration expenses in the office.
负责办公室行政费用的核算。
13, To follow up track of status with imported samples. to support to do imported samples custom clearance.
跟踪进口样品的状态。支持做进口样品清关。
14, Support to administration human resource manager fdaily office management.
