1. Provide optical design simulation expertise fLED lighting applications.
2. Support mass-market customers via internal sales external distributteams with technical guidance application solutions.
3. Collaborate with Product Development to share market insights application requirements fnew product innovation.
4. Work with CQM teams to analyze resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely effective solutions.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations by delivering accurate technical inputs application feedback.
6. Apply LED structural understanding to optimize product performance reliability.
7. Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations finternal external stakeholders.
职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering, related field.
2. Strong optical simulation competence (LightTools, TracePro, Zemax) understanding of lighting systems.
3. Experience in customer technical support fmass-market applications.
4. Familiarity with LED structural design basic process flow (SMT, assembly).
5. Excellent communication collaboration skills; Chinese language proficiency is essential.
