GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）
1. 与客户及上海技术中心（FMSH）保持密切沟通，参与产品早期开发阶段，确保经验教训的有效反馈与设计优化
Maintain communication with customers FMSH, participate in advanced product development phases to ensure lessons learned are effectively shared fdesign optimization
2. 根据公司分阶段评审流程的要求以及客户和行业标准（IATF 16949, VDA RGA， APQP， ANPQP等）的指导方针领导项目。
Leadership of projects within the guidelines of the requirements of PT’s phased gate review process as well as customer industry standards (IATF 16949, VDA RGA, APQP, ANPQP, etc.).
3. 在项目运行中进行前瞻性风险评估和管理，并实施风险缓解措施，例如风险行动计划（RAP）,及时向经理汇报项目导入的进展和风险情况，并参与或组织项目阶段性评估会议和问题解决。
Conduct proactive risk assessment management in running projects, implementation of risk mitigation measures, such as Risk Action Plan (RAP). Report the progress risk of project launch to Manager regularly. Participate lead the projects review meeting problem solving
4. 与销售、应用工程、质量（QMT）、供应链、制造、物流等部门协同工作，建立项目工作包的团队责任矩阵
Establish RACI matrix with Sales, Application Engineering, QMT, SCM, Manufacturing & Logistics fproject work packages
5. 与供应商合作，确保样品和预生产的材料，工具等按照规格和约定的时间接收。
Work with suppliers to ensure reception of materials, tools etc. fsample pre-production builds in accordance with specifications agreed timings.
6. 统筹工厂生产计划与客户接收端的供需匹配，实现项目定制化需求。
Align manufacturing schedules with customer receiving plans to fulfill customized program requirements
7. 领导项目范围内的变更管理。在项目团队和相关利益相关者的批准下，启动变更管理流程，并考虑变更对成本、质量和时间的影响。
Leadership of change management in the scope of the projects. Activate the change management process consider the effect of changes on cost, quality timing with approval of the project team appropriate stakeholders.
8. 确保客户特殊要求（CSR）的完整落实，严格监控项目导入阶段的成本/时间/质量（CTQ）指标，按节点完成审批流程。
Ensure Customer Specific Requirements fulfillment, monitCost-Time-Quality metrics during program launch, complete gate approvals
9. 在给定任务范围内管理项目优先级，并与相关利益相关者沟通。
Manage project prioritization within the scope of given tasks communicate to the relevant stakeholders
10. 参与公司及部门目前体系流程的持续改进，促进团队成员工作效率的不断提升。
Contribute on company department related procedure improvement continuously increase the efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS（职位要求）:
- 机械工程/相关专业本科以上学历（有汽车行业经验者优先）
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (automotive experience preferred)
- 英语CET-4及以上，具备工作场景听说读写能力
CET-4 above with business English proficiency
- 精通AutoCAD/MS Project，掌握IATF 16949/APQP/VDA流程，熟悉FMEA/鱼骨图/8D/问题解决等质量工具
Expertise in AutoCAD/MS Project, IATF 16949 frameworks, quality tools (FMEA, fishbone,8D, etc.)
- 全面了解项目管理系统和工具，并熟悉产品生命周期管理（PLM）。
Thorough knowledge of Project Management systems tools, good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is preferred.
- 能够承受工作压力, 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神
Under high work pressure good at communication with teamwork spirit.
