About the Role:
• The Software Engineering Lead performs complex research, design, software development assignments within a software functional area product line, provides direct input to project plans, schedules, methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.
• This Lead performs software design - typically across multiple systems; mentors members of the team talks to local& global team.
About the Team
• Our Software Engineering team partners with multiple technical functions to help improve the performance of our products.
• We offer advice support on all matters relating to the attraction, development, retention, engagement management of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
• Design, architect, prototype, implement, deploy, maintain features fAI-related projects.
• Conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, performance of AI techniques.
• Make sound engineering decisions improve software development practices while focusing on performance reliability.
• Keep abreast of new technology developments.
• Communicate with key stakeholders DevOps team cross country.
Requirements:
• Minimum of over 7 years’ experience in backend develop at least 3 years’ leadership experience, fluental English.
• Experienced in working with at least one programming language contain but not limited to: Python, Java, C#, .Net, etc.
• Experienced in public cloud AWS, related technology not limited to Docker, K8S, CICD, DevOps, NLP basics AI etc.
• Good sense of software architecture design, application scaling, performance, security.
• Strongganization/project planning, time management, communication skills across multiple functional groups departments, strong delegation skills involving prioritizing reprioritizing projects managing projects of various size complexity.
•Familiarity with NLP fundamentals, large language models AI agent frameworks.
