• People Management:
Lead menta team of software developers, providing guidance support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a positive collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication continuous improvement.
Develop implement training programs to enhance the skills knowledge of the team.
• Technical Leadership:
Deliver high-quality 2nd level support maintenance on all group-wide systems, including Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), Document Management (DMS), Group Websites, Data Lake, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Analytics System, etc.
Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, system upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with business teams to understend-user requirements, formulate use cases, then translate that a pragmatic effective technical solution.
Utilize modern tech stacks such as Node.js, Python, Django, Java, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP to reliable, scalable, high-performing system solutions.
Develop execute test plans to check infrastructure systems technical performance. Report on findings make recommendations fimprovement.
Stay abreast with the latest industry trends technologies to keep our systems up-to-date competitive.
Ensure all solutions align with professional standards meet the legal industrys requirements.
任职要求:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field.
• Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in managing leading a team of software developers.
Extensive experience with modern tech stacks including Node.js, Python, Django, Java, .NET, Angular, JavaScript.
Proven experience in the design, implementation, delivery of large-scale, high-performance, highly available system solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with IPMS, CMS, NLP, AIGC, data scraping technologies.
Must have experience in designing implementing automated testing harness methodologies to optimize the efficiency effectiveness of development deployment processes.
Strong experience in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab version control systems like GitHub, Bitbucket fstreamlining the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code, facilitating frequent code integrations.
• People Management Skills:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, develop a team of software developers.
Strongganizational project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English Chinese Mandarin, both verbal written.
Ability to conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback.
Experience in developing implementing training programs fteam skill enhancement.
