工作职责:
1. Support field technicians by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, hydraulic, structural systems;
2. Answer technical inquiries from sales spare parts offices. If needed, forward the request to the engineering department;
3. Process the Warranty claims initiate the actions to solve recurrent issues;
4. Coordinate technical service bulletins ffield implementation;
5. Coordinate the actions of product demerit claims with the reliability maintenance engineer service technicians to develop solutions fcustomers;
6. Develop monittest procedures with engineering to validate determine a root cause fparts returned from warranty claims;
7. Provide technical design related feedback from sales service to project engineers;
8. Assist engineering in the writing of service bulletin datasheets;
9. Coordinate customer factory Pre-Delivery Inspection;
10. Coordinate field technician factory training;
11. Other assignments as designated by the department Manager.
任职资格:
1. Education: College above;
2. Major: Electrical engineering, Mechanical & electrical integration;
3. English Level: Fluent in written normal spoken;
4. Working Experience: Fresh graduate 1-3 years.
