岗位职责：
- Manage coordinate with the members of local leadership sites QH services.
- Responsible fthe EHS policies, procedures implementation at the new QH Zhangjiagang site.
- Engage with office lab teams based in Zhangjiagang site to promote elevate our EHS standards.
- Serves as the focal point fimplementation of the corporate EHS programs EHS management systems, e.g. DevonWay.
- Provides support of appropriate medical industrial hygiene related policies programs.
- Maintain ISO14001:2015 ISO45001:2018 certification, support implementation of the Company’s EHS management system at the new Zhangjiagang site.
- Serve as a technical expert to implement the Corporate EHS eLearning system, e.g. DSS+.
- Work closely with the APAC EHS Director, local/regional Engineering, site operations the external insurance firms to effectively manage loss prevention.
- Coordinate with educate Operations/Engineering personnel on Process Safety programs such as Process Hazards Analysis, Pre-startup Safety Reviews, MOC process.
- Supervise EHS consultants contractors hired to perform EHS services such as EHS legal compliance audit, samples collection, noise measurements, air emissions, industrial hygiene testing, fit testing, etc.
- Interact with regulatory agencies during compliance inspections. Responds to written correspondences inquiries from outside regulatory agencies. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, local authorities, other stakeholders to ensure compliance with EHS regulations standards.
- Analyze interpret regulatory requirements, annual reporting environmental permit conditions that apply to QH’s operations (manufacturing locations chemical management activities) work closely with plant management to address EHS requirements concerns.
- Develop, implement, maintain EHS policies, procedures, programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations standards.
- Conduct regular EHS audits inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement.
- Lead incident investigation to determine root causes develop corrective preventive actions.
- Collaborate with management employees to promote employee engagement programs, establish a culture of safety environmental responsibility.
- Manage EHS training programs femployees, contractors, visitors to ensure awareness understanding of EHS requirements best practices.
- Monitreport on EHS performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics, to senimanagement.
- Oversee the management of hazardous materials waste, ensuring proper storage, handling, disposal.
- Maintain emergency response plan procedures to effectively manage potential EHS incidents. Serve as a technical resource in the coordination of emergency preparedness on the site.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, best practices to ensure companys EHS programs are up-to-date effective.
- Lead participate in EHS committee meetings other relevant workshops.
- Work closely on sustainability projects the sustainability data on a monthly base.
- Perform coordinate internal external audits, tests & inspections to ensure EHS standards regulations are met.
- Travel within China to support toll manufacturing sites, approximately 5% travel
岗位要求：
- Relevant EHS Legal compliance knowledge.
- At least 10 years experience in the environmental, health safety management with a strong focus on occupational health safety required. At least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment as an EHS professional required. Preferable in the chemical industry.
- Advance certification, additional specialized safety environment education and/equivalent work experience desired. National certified safety engineer required.
- Solid technical regulatory expertise in relevant health safety environment regulatory requirements as well as knowledge of implementation of applicable ISO standards including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.
- Solid technical regulatory expertise in relevant regional national product safety/stewardship regulatory requirements associated management systems programs.
- Knowledge in Process Safety risk management best practices.
- Best practices related to unsafe conditions at-risk behaviors.
- Incident investigation, root cause analysis corrective action management
- Able to develop,ganize, coordinate perform training sessions.
- English language skills; written spoken.
- Excellent communication skills to work within all levels.
- Strong team player, problem solving skills, passionate about delivering results.
