职责描述:
Sales Business Development acts as a front line client partner in driving business growth in assigned accounts successful break-in in new accounts fall commercial solutions which include multichannel technologies services, digital content production, data analytics, training, channel capabilities such as call center, email, digital, remote detailing, sampling, remote meetings. The position works closely with business leadership, marketing, operations, program management, products & technology, finance, other functions globally.
Key responsibility is to drive growth by (a) developing business to achieve top line goals in assigned break-in accounts, (b) strengthening theganization’s partnership with existing new clients. The individual is expected to work independently in developing business opportunities, while collaborating extensively with multiple internal stakeholders to effectively maximize every opportunity.
Job Description:
• Identifying appropriate targets expfootprint among existing accounts new accounts in the various areas of our services.
• Achieve top line bookings revenue goals, quarter on quarter, by converting openings with existing new clients through developing proposals, conducting pitches, other new business closing activities
• Leveraging past relationships to open new accounts fsolutions in the China Markets.
• Generating closing business in line with pre-agreed targets including all aspects like strategy development, pitch presentations, proposal review/development, deal closure.
• articulate a compelling value proposition fkey decision makers within Accounts. Assisting in the development of differentiated conceptual frameworks that help clarify solidify the value proposition.
• Ensure participation collaboration fRFPs RFQs at a company level flarge complex strategic pursuits, reviews the solutions, estimates plans. Collaborates with business unit heads to plan the targets as well as the strategy fnew services / solutions. Responsible fmanage margins in partnership with Business units.
• Understcompetition, pricing networks to help build capability of providing solutions future trends.
• Work closely with senimanagement team to expfootprint in existing accounts, also fstrengthening capabilities account management practices.
• Make sales reports every month faccounts number of new deals added, average age of deals, number of open deals stage-to-stage conversion fall deals any time period by products: sales volume value, average price time in pipeline
• Establish key metrics related to business development, ensure data collection periodic metric analysis to improve on sales process business development strategy
任职要求:
• Education: Graduate Post Graduate with without MBA
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within Business Development in Consulting/ITES companies in Lifesciences sectservicing Top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
• Must have priexperience in Business Development relationship building with senimanagement key decision makers in pharma companies.
• In depth understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing scenario of China Markets, including key landscape factors such as health reform, regulatory changes/pressures, HCP priorities etc.
• Strong written verbal communication with presentation skills.
• Passion fnetworking updating oneself with the latest market trends relate it to identifying business opportunities.
