Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Pre-qualifying subcontractors through the analysis of information submitted in response to questionnaires, including financials reference checks.
Receiving, log check subcontract requisitions faccuracy completeness.
Preparing issue formal Request fQuotations.
Preparing, issue execute project subcontracts, with the help of Legal / Contracts
Maintaining issue project subcontract status reports.
Ensuring adherence to Corporate Project Subcontracting Procedures.
Participating in resolving subcontractdisputes, claims performance issues.
Monitoring subcontractcompliance with insurance requirements.
Preparing issue approved addendums to subcontracts in support of project requirements.
Maintaining project subcontract files.
Ensuring audit ability of subcontract files.
Working with Project Subcontract Managers other Project Team members to ensure proper scope administrative requirements are incorporated subcontracts.
Ensuring adherence to project subcontracting plan strategies.
Conducting business interviews with current potential subcontractors as required to maintaining good business relationships developing new sources of supply.
Helping maintain subcontractdatabase rating system.
Travelling as required to conduct meetings assist with resolution of problems.
Assisting project with subcontract change management (process, validate associated pricing, execute, etc.).
Assisting project with enforcement of safety requirements.
Attending project subcontracting planning meetings strategy meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, related field
Expertise in FIDIC Red Book LOGIC contract frameworks, including liquidated damages (LDs) milestone payment mechanisms
Capability to draft review subcontract agreements, defining scope of work (SOW) responsibility allocation
Native-level English proficiency ftechnical document reviews, international meetings, client reporting
Advanced Excel financial modeling ability.
Excellent reporting presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, cost control practices.
Good communication interpersonal skills ,have ability toganize own work meet strict deadlines
Willing to transfer internationally be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
Experience
8+ years in oil gas offshore engineering, with 5+ years focused on FPSO module subcontract management.
Proven experience resolving subcontractdisputes, delays, quality issues (e.g., welding defects, resource shortages).
