Within the Aromatics group, the Technology Engineer will be in charge of:
 Preparing technical proposals in response to tenders. As such, he/she determines optimizes the performance, quantity of catalysts, operating conditions cycle time of our products units. He/She can carry out the preliminary sizing of the equipment calculate the investment operating costs.
 Technically supporting the Regional Sales Managers fthe preparation defense of these offers with customers.
 Participating in the updates development of marketing documents associated with the technologies of the Product
 Line promoting the technologies catalysts fwhich he/she is responsible through marketing actions: publications, presentations at conferences seminars.
 Monitoring a portfolio of units over time maintaining regular technical relations with customers (performance review, in particular thanks to the digital platform developed by company to support its customers, technical visits on site, troubleshooting, etc.).
 Carrying out “spot” field missions (a few days to a few weeks) at customer’s sites: performance tests of grass root units, replacement activation of catalysts, catalyst performance tests, troubleshooting.
 Participating in the collection, synthesis use of data relating to the units fwhich he/she is responsible fmonitoring inder to capitalize on company know-how identify areas fimproving technologies products.
 Maintaining technical expertise in conjunction with experts in the field contributing to the development of the Product Line offer by proposing improvements.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED LEVEL：
 Engineer in chemistry, chemical process engineering having a significant experience in Aromatics technologies (start-up, operation optimization, troubleshooting).
 Skills in design sizing of standard equipment on simulation software (ProII, Hysys, etc.) is a plus.
 Fluent English is essential fthis position.
 Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a must

 Self-discipline, pragmatism analytical mind are required fthe development of technical proposal technical assistance tasks.
 Excellent communication skills, writtenal.

 Autonomy will be required very soon due to the small size of the team.
 Availability to travel abroad fshort periods.
