Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Assist the Interface & MOC Manager in managing coordinating all interface activities within the FPSO EPC project.
Interface Coordination:
• Help in managing the interfaces between in-house departments, other entities, subcontractors, the client, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Participate in identifying, categorizing, scheduling, assessing the impact of technical interfaces (inter-discipline, internal, external).
Interface Documentation:
• Assist in preparing, updating, maintaining interface matrices plans.
• Ensure interface schedules/matrices are current, interface deliverables are issued timely.
Responsibility Assignment:
• Assist in assigning responsibilities finterface-related tasks ensuring that required actions are completed within defined schedules.
Control Monitoring:
• Monitthe status of interface documents, ensuring reviews are conducted changes to discipline documents finterfaces are recorded executed.
Problem Resolution:
• Identify address any problem areas related to the deliverable schedules fengineering materials, applying corrective measures as needed.
Third-Party Document Review:
• Assist in reviewing third-party documents finterface considerations.
Information Flow:
• Ensure the flow of information between project parties is coordinated, communicated, documented, distributed effectively.
VendEquipment Interfaces:
• Coordinate multi-disciplined interfaces associated with vendor-supplied equipment in conjunction with the relevant requisitioning engineer.
Lessons Learned:
• Contribute to the lessons learned system by sharing insights gained from interface management activities.
Project Closeout:
• Provide input to the project closeout report related to interface management activities.
Support Change Management:
• Support the overall management of changes within the project, focusing on interface-related aspects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, related fields (Master’s preferred fcomplex offshore projects)
2 Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (EPC-specific clauses) API/ASME standards foffshore interfaces
3 Fluent English fcross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred flocal stakeholder engagement
4 Strong negotiation skills to balance client expectations, contractcapabilities, project constraints .
5 Advanced Excel financial modeling ability.
6 Excellent reporting presentation skills.
7 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8 Good leadership skills, along with communication interpersonal skills ,have ability toganize own work meet strict deadlines
9 Willing to transfer internationally be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
Experience
1 At least 5 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, with a focus on FPSO/EPC interface coordination across engineering, procurement, construction phases.
2 Experience working on projects valued over $500M USD involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., EPC contractors, subcontractors, clients) is preferred.
