Job Responsibilities：
1.Development of new paint systems fcosmetic segment based on company strategic customer request
2.Modification of existing paint systems fthe purpose of cost down paint performance optimization
3.guideline formulas incl. job instructions application parameters
4.Support Production fthe scale-up of new paint systems
5.Support Technical Service team ffailure analysis in line trials
6.Maintenance of 5S in labs/office/spray booths
7.Ensure compliance with Company Directives Policies in respect of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) of Quality
8.Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirements：
1.Bachelmaster degree in chemistry polymer related major
2.Be initiative to solve problems have independent operation ability
3.Good personal skills like technical writing, analytical / research skills
4.Fluent English both inal written
5.Basic Microsoft Office Skills
6.Good planning ang time-management skills
7.Good communication skills
8.Related working experience is preferred
