Job Purpose:
The key responsibility will be the champion of facility Environmental Protection management, EHS digital strategy application, ISO14001 System lead Sustainability affairs support, to ensure operational compliance EHS continual improvement.
Job Duties:
This role is going to main support current new business in an environmental compliance manner as well as EHS digital strategy development & execution. Build collaborative mode of proactive service with cross BUs lab business, focus on site support, consulting guidance as professional environment protection expert, work close to lab engineering team to better understanding business needs transformation of EHS work as reliable & trustful professional / business partner, main roles include:
Set, plan, execute check environment protection measures, government reporting inspection, new construction project EIA application acceptance, ensure environment related affairs compliance.
Full process management supervising of Hazardous waste.
Drive follow up operational sustainability metrics projects.
Build capability of lab staff to identify, assess manage environmental compliance risks.
Lead ISO14001 management system related affairs to proactive drive continual improvement.
EHS digital application strategy planning execution, explore opportunities drive paperless office solutions to improve work efficiency enhance customer satisfaction.
Be involved in environmental risk assessment SWES establish at earlier stage, provide preliminary guidance / review to ensure adequate identification, assist on risk countermeasures validation.
Maintain EHS communication website, upgrade continual improvement.
ontacting local environment bureau to submitting environment related regular inspection hazardous waste tracking reports in their website / system, etc.
Background / Experience:
A degree in an appropriate scientific discipline is highly desired consideration will be given to equivalent environment management experience. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, initiative, leadership, the ability to communicate effectively.
Over 3 years providing environmental expertise in an industrial manufacturing chemical environment.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills ability to work effectively with all levels ofganization.
General computer skills especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
Familiar with application of Power BI, Power Apps, Forms other digital development tools.
Fluent written English, familiar with ISO14001 management system local & global EHS standards/regulatory.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
