● Responsibilities
1. Provide sales technical support to customers; respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding Hubbells Electrical products, including product selection, installation guidance, performance parameter interpretation, ensuring timely professional resolution of customer issues.
2. Serve as the initial point of contact ftroubleshooting technical issues encountered during product use; coordinate resources such as the US technical center manufacturing plants fcomplex issues to deliver effective solutions track issues through to closure.
3. Conduct regular follow-up visits with key end-users contractors to collect product usage feedback potential requirements; compile technical reports submit them to US headquarters to support product optimization market development.
4.ganize typical technical issue cases to a standardized solution library; conduct internal technical exchange meetings training sessions to enhance the teams overall technical service capabilities.
5. Collaborate with the Asia Pacific sales team on pre-sales technical support; participate in customer project discussions, bidding processes, other stages, providing professional technical solution support to assist the sales team in closingders.
6. Participate in the promotion of new products in the Asia Pacific market; conduct product demonstrations, customer training sessions, other activities to help customers quickly understthe features advantages of new products.
● Requirements
1. Bachelors degree higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, a related field.
2. At least five years of technical experience in industrial connectors, plugs, sockets, related industrial electrical products within a multinational company environment.
3. Familiar with product structure, working principles, performance specifications, industry standards findustrial connectors, plugs, sockets, such as UL, IEC, other US/international standards; familiarity with US NEMA standards is a plus.
4. Familiar with electrical engineering, communications, computer science automation ranked by relevance structured cabling, security monitoring, building automation, computer room engineering, etc., Covers optical fibers, net works cabling standards, making it highly sought-after by telecom operators system integrators.
5. Proficient in product failure analysis troubleshooting, with the ability to use relevant electrical test instruments tools.
6. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of using it as a working language fsmooth communication with end-users partners in the Asia Pacific region.
7. Strong serviceientation communication skills; able to work under pressure collaborate effectively within a team; willing to travel as required.
8. Holding a Registered Electrical Engineer certification is preferred.

6. 参与公司新产品在亚太市场的推广工作,负责产品技术演示、客户培训等活动,帮助客户快速了解新产品的功能与优势。
职位要求
7. 本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化或相关专业.
8. 至少5年以上外资背景工业连接器、插头插座或相关工业电气产品的技术工作经验。
9. 熟悉工业连接器与插头插座的产品结构、工作原理、性能指标及行业标准,如UL、IEC等美国及国际通用标准;熟悉美国NEMA标准者优先。
10. 熟悉电气,通信,计算机,自动化这几大类,了解综合布线,安防监控,楼宇自控,机房工程等。
11. 了解数据通信传输,光纤,网络,布线经验,有运营商、系统集成经验优先。
12. 具备一定产品故障分析与问题解决能力,熟练使用相应电气测试仪表与工具。
13. 英语听说读写能力流利,可作为工作语言与亚太区终端用户、合作伙伴无障碍沟通。
14. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力,抗压能力与团队协作精神,能够适应不定期出差的工作需求。
15. 持有注册电气工程师资格证书者优先考虑。
