Position Summary
Responsible fthe design, development, implementation of software digital systems fVTS (visual technology solution) products in China global markets. This role will translate market user requirements technical solutions, participate in product (software) innovation, coordinate with internal external stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products system that meet regulatory business needs.
Primary Duties Responsibilities
1. Analyze China global market needs, translate them software digital system design concepts.
2. Address customized requirements of customers in the China market by developing solutions tracking execution.
3. Address software development requirements from different countries internal departments within the Group by coordinating with China based vendors, following up on solutions, ensuring successful implementation.
4. Lead the development, testing, deployment of software digital systems fmedical device products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards.
5. Participate in new product development processes, especially software development, identify technical risks, provide innovative solutions to support successful product launches.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including T&D (technical & development), Digital, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, external supplier to drive digital system integration project success.
7. Monitapply the latest trends technologies in software engineering digital systems, ensuring continuous improvement innovation.
8. Assist project managers in project management according to the PSGP process, communicating coordinating with global VTS colleagues to ensure smooth project implementation.
9. Research, develop, integrate cutting-edge AI technologies applications software digital systems to enhance VTS product capabilities innovation.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree above in software engineering, computer science, electronics, related technical fields.
2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in software digital system development fmedical devices related industries；Familiar with medical device software lifecycle management, cybersecurity, related regulatory requirements (such as ISO 13485 IEC 62304).. Overseas work experience is considered an advantage.
3. Skills:
Strong logical thinking, learning ability, innovation capability.
Ability to work under pressure adapt to multi-task complex project environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, project management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, honesty, integrity, confidence, optimism.
Good English communication skills, able to use English as a working language.
Experience in overseas software implementation end to end APP development is a plus
Demonstrates cross-disciplinary technical integration skills, enabling effective collaboration between hardware software development.
Familiar with digital system architecture design, capable of system-level planning optimization.
