【Responsibilities】
• Lead, direct, control Marketing Strategy planning fZEISS frame lenses communication activation to max-imize the brawareness impact inder to support business growth.
• Focus on branding marketing, new product launching project management as the “owner”to get job done.
• Plan execute integrated marketing campaign such as increasing target consumer base through online offline me-dia communication approach by optimizing overall reach, consumer engagements, readership with reasonable ROI.
• Establish brequity & story, creative production to deliver message to target consumers
• Responsible fthe digital marketing in the digital space drive business via the online channel
• Develop vivid in-store communication material (POSM) to enhance consumer engagement purchasing.
• Constantly understcore consumer & market insights needs as well as the lenses market dynamics to provide cus-tomized campaigns to support customer sales growth.

【We Are Looking FSomeone Who】
1. Master degree above in marketing, advertising, media, journalism digital marketing. Preferrable in overseas study expe-rience.
2. Good market insight in B2B B2C business with good leadership excellent communication skills.
3. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in branding marketing, media management communication knowledge.
4. Exhibit entrepreneurship spirit motivation to deliver results of bringing bigger market impact.
5. Consumer centric, strong data analysis problem solving, logical thinking hardworking.
6. English interviews would be necessary.

【职位目标】
面向客户和消费者有效传递蔡司光学品牌和产品内容，维护和推广蔡司光学的优秀品牌形象，让消费者配眼镜时首先想起蔡司镜片。

【主要职责】
1. 制定中国市场的营销策略，为蔡司镜片/镜架/验配设备等产品制定年度传播和推广活动方案，提升消费者认知度，对品牌知名度、竞争力、品牌美誉度目标负责；
2. 作为owner负责新产品上市推广、各种项目管理、品牌营销及扩大品牌影响力；
3. 策划和创意整合营销方案（含产品推广策略、数字营销、媒介传播、线上线下配合等），有效进行跨部门合作，创造更广、更强、更深的市场影响力，并提升投入产出费效比，做到多、快、好、省。
4. 建立品牌故事等内容资产，为目标消费群体提供有吸引力的内容营销策略；
5. 品牌形象VI的管理和维护，包括品牌相关的平面设计、广告语、店面形象建设、POSM陈列道具和促销赠品设计等，与广告公司一起共创设计和创意；
6. 走访市场、拜访客户及开展市场调查，分析同行或竞争对手的品牌活动、广告活动模式，深入了解客户和消费者，为客户提供个性化营销活动策划并落实执行。

3. 至少5年相关经验，具备丰富的品牌传播知识，与媒体有良好合作关系，熟悉传播资源及应用技巧；
