The Role
Were looking fa Recruiter to scale ZEISS Vision commercial in China. In this role, youll partner closely with senileadership hiring managers to design impactful hiring strategies take a consultative, proactive approach to the full recruitment lifecycle.
Main Tasks:
1. Own end-to-end recruiting fdifferent hiring teams across different industries;
2. Closely partner with hiring managers leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, recruiting processes that align with business goals;
3. Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, talent attraction initiatives;
4. Build maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree;
2. Proficient in both English Chinese;
3. 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience;
4. Skilled in negotiation process management, capable of steering the recruitment lifecycle securing optimal offer agreements;
5. Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining quality attention to detail.
